About the job
Establish Normal Computing’s People Partner function, advising leaders and employees on talent, performance, development, team health, employee relations, and organizational change.
What you'll do
- Advise leaders on business priorities, talent needs, organizational change, and team capabilities.
- Coach managers and support performance reviews, feedback, development plans, and leadership development.
- Use employee feedback and people data to identify team concerns and retention risks, and guide actions to improve team health.

- Experience advising leaders as a People Partner, HRBP, or in a comparable role within a tech or hardware company.
- Experience across early-stage startups and larger companies.
