Manages day-to-day operations and long-term effectiveness of manufacturing and workplace facilities, keeping building systems and work areas safe, reliable, and ready for production and staff.
What you'll do
- Manage facility operations, maintenance, repairs, work orders, inspections, access, emergency response, and facility records.
- Coordinate facility work with Production and Engineering; lead space planning and facility improvements.
- Manage contractors, service providers, contracts, schedules, and the facilities budget.
