About the job
Establish and lead supplier quality systems and supplier development for electrical and electronic components used in satellite ground-station manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Build supplier quality processes, documentation, workflows, and supplier qualification and performance systems.
- Audit suppliers and lead quality issue resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and inspection and testing plans.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers on product development, production ramp-up, capacity readiness, and cost and yield improvements.
