Data Scientist, Growth

What you'll do

• Use statistical inference and experimentation to assess product changes and make recommendations.
• Analyze growth opportunities and help shape strategy and roadmap in partnership with product, engineering, and marketing.
• Define metrics and build datasets and dashboards to track progress and support decisions.

What they ask for

• Expertise in SQL and at least one scripting language, ideally Python or R.
• Knowledge of statistical inference and experimentation to produce actionable recommendations.
• Ability to transform raw data and build datasets when needed.
• Comfort with ambiguity, business results, and tradeoffs between speed and accuracy.

Pay

$145,000 – $233,000 per year (USD, base salary)
