Forward Deployed Engineer, GTM, AMER

What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery, solution design, implementation, and technical advising for enterprise engagements.
• Build and operate custom agents, integrations, automations, data pipelines, and large-scale migrations.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and translate customer feedback into reusable tools, standards, and product improvements.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in a customer-facing or forward deployed engineering role, or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python, with production-quality coding ability.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
• Ability to lead technical discovery, assess feasibility and risks, scope work, and turn ambiguous requirements into an executable plan.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI agents or designing AI-powered workflows, including MCPs, APIs, LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval/RAG systems, or workflow orchestration.
• Experience with professional services, enterprise implementations, data migration tooling, or building technical frameworks and internal tools.

Pay

$175,000 - $240,000 per year (total on target earnings, including base salary and on target incentive pay; San Francisco or New York City)
