What you'll do
- Set strategy, roadmap, and team direction while staying hands-on; develop and coach the People Operations team.
- Design and improve onboarding, employee changes, leaves, offboarding, and routine compensation and benefits operations.
- Partner across People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and BizTech; use service, quality, and adoption data to improve operations and drive change.
