Own recruiting analytics and translate workforce signals into trusted reporting, hiring models, and recommendations for recruiting leaders.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain self-serve recruiting dashboards and reporting, including funnel health, conversion, time-to-fill, and recruiter capacity.
- Model hiring targets, pipeline volume, timelines, and recruiter capacity to help leaders identify and address risks early.
- Define recruiting metrics and use analysis to guide pipeline reviews and improve recruiting processes with Recruiting and Finance.
