What you'll do
- Create technically rigorous Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources.
- Teach customers through videos, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating workflows and troubleshooting in real time.
- Explore new capabilities, identify priority use cases, experiment with AI-enabled learning, and measure education impact.
