Leads a credentialing or enrollments pod, overseeing team and virtual-assistant workflows while building compliant, scalable operations for Nourish’s provider network.
What you'll do
- Set priorities, review quality, coach team members, and manage virtual-assistant work supporting the pod.
- Own complex credentialing and enrollment programs, including payer enrollment, provider workflows, monitoring, and delegated credentialing operations.
- Build operating procedures and quality controls; use metrics to improve capacity, timeliness, compliance, and execution.
