What you'll do
- Lead, develop, recruit, and manage a team of 4–5 engineers while remaining hands-on in architecture, coding, reviews, and on-call.
- Set the platform vision and technical direction; drive system reliability, scalability, observability, and developer velocity.
- Report on platform health and partner with IT, legal, security, and engineering teams to improve security, compliance, and auditability.
