Leads Nourish’s Platform Engineering team, building and operating reliable, scalable infrastructure and shared LLM/RAG systems while improving developer velocity.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, recruit, and develop a team of 4–5 engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, reviews, and on-call.
- Set platform technical direction and roadmap; drive system design, code quality, observability, reliability, and scalability.
- Track platform health and partner with IT and legal on security, compliance, and auditable systems.
