What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and hire analytics engineers; set priorities and provide technical and analytical guidance.
- Define and deliver the analytics roadmap across data modeling, business intelligence, and AI-enabled analytics; establish scalable technical standards.
- Lead high-impact analyses and partner with Engineering and business leaders to maintain trusted data pipelines and support evidence-based decisions.
