Owns reconciliation of patient and insurance cash, resolves unreconciled payments, oversees refunds and VA workflows, and builds processes to improve reconciliation across Nourish’s business lines.
What you'll do
- Reconcile patient and insurance payments, keeping Stripe and Candid aligned and resolving unreconciled checks and ERAs.
- Set priorities and timelines for the cash backlog; oversee VA work and develop reconciliation SOPs and quality controls.
- Manage payer and patient refund workflows and partner across business lines to establish and improve reconciliation processes.
