Forward Deployed Engineer

What you'll do

• Deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments; build reusable deployment patterns and operational tooling.
• Integrate enterprise systems and work directly with customers to scope, implement, and refine solutions.
• Debug production issues and collaborate with engineering and research teams on product direction.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience building and deploying production systems.
• Experience delivering technical solutions directly with enterprise customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Comfort working across backend engineering, infrastructure, APIs, and AI application layers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or model orchestration frameworks.
