Own Hermes Agent’s product direction and execution, translating user and community needs into a prioritized roadmap and useful, reliable agent experiences.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap and manage product execution from problem definition and specifications through releases and iteration.
- Work with Engineering and Research to evaluate agent behavior, set acceptance criteria, and improve the user journey and product metrics.
- Turn community feedback and usage data into decisions, coordinate releases, and collaborate with the open source community and Hermes Enterprise team.
