What you'll do
- Shadow recruiting workflows and recommend what to automate versus keep manual.
- Build workflows across multiple tools, including integrations using MCPs, in hands-on sessions with the team.
- Improve recruiting operations such as ATS hygiene, pipeline reporting, scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and handoffs.
