Technical Associate - Growth Operations

What you'll do

• Develop AI agents, Claude workflows, and internal tools to reduce manual work.
• Manage product documentation, release notes, tutorials, and customer updates; build usage reports and maintain dashboards.
• Automate CRM workflows, maintain internal databases, research competitors, document AI use cases, and help onboard customers.

What they ask for

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong academic background in engineering, CS, business, or a related field.
• Exposure to GitHub, scripting, automation tools, or AI agents.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to take ownership of technical and operational work.

Nice to have

• Internships in engineering, consulting, product, or operations; experience building AI automations or side projects.
• Interest in fintech.
