Supports the start-up and growth of Novartis’ Morrisville small-molecule QC laboratory through analytical method and equipment lifecycle work, testing, investigations, and compliance activities.
What you'll do
- Execute analytical method validation, transfer, optimization, lifecycle management, and complex testing for pharmaceutical materials and products.
- Support analytical investigations, including OOS results, deviations, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and CAPA development.
- Coordinate laboratory equipment qualification and lifecycle activities; maintain compliant documentation and support product transfers, audits, and inspections.
