Dermatology Territory Account Specialist – Edison, NJ

What you'll do

• Build strategic territory plans and use market data to drive product demand and customer engagement.
• Resolve account challenges and coordinate with territory, field, home-office, and Patient Specialty Services teams to provide customer and access support.
• Engage customers through digital, virtual, and in-person channels and facilitate stakeholder planning sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Proven high performance and experience navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from its border; travel 60–80% and hold a fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• For Territory Account Specialist level: 2+ years’ experience in a listed or similarly complex sales sector within the last 5 years; higher levels require 5+ or 10+ years, while Associate level welcomes limited prior sales experience.

Nice to have

• Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
• Understanding of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, or medical HCP calling.

Pay

USD $77,000 and $143,000 per year (Associate Territory Account Specialist base salary); USD $93,800 and $174,200 per year (Territory Account Specialist base salary); USD $119,700 and $222,300 per year (Senior Territory Account Specialist base salary); USD $132,300 and $245,700 per year (Executive Territory Account Specialist base salary)
