ED, Advanced Analytics and Modeling

What you'll do

• Set strategy, capability roadmaps, investment priorities, and governance across analytics domains.
• Lead US–Hyderabad teams and allocate resources; establish standards for analytical quality, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to turn strategic priorities into analytical agendas and scale solutions into governed products and enterprise deployments.

What they ask for

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in advanced analytics, data science, decision science, commercial analytics, healthcare analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience defining analytics strategies and leading senior capability owners, complex portfolios, and globally distributed analytics organizations.
• Technical fluency across predictive modeling, patient analytics, causal inference, promotion-mix modeling, optimization, NLP, GenAI, and unstructured analytics.

Nice to have

• Master of Science and/or MBA.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries; or building and scaling AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Pay

$225,400.00 - $418,600.00 per year (base salary)
