What you'll do
- Align and advance strategic workstreams across RLT and RLI pathways, using analytics and ecosystem insights to prioritize interventions.
- Lead TA-level prioritization, investment trade-offs, and resource alignment; oversee a budget of up to $40M.
- Lead and develop Associate Directors and influence matrixed teams to deliver platform priorities.
