About the job
Drives product adoption and appropriate utilization of Novartis cardiovascular brands in priority accounts by developing strategic account plans, engaging healthcare decision makers, and coordinating cross-functional programs.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement business plans for priority accounts and affiliated healthcare systems to support formulary adoption and product pull-through.
- Build relationships with administrative, clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders; assess needs and implement account strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on care pathways, injection locations, workflow and EMR integration, and product presentations.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries; includes 2+ years in specialty buy-and-bill. Experience in other listed complex sectors is also welcomed.
- 2+ years’ experience managing complex accounts, including major academic centers and hospitals.
- Extensive cardiovascular community, therapeutic-area, product, account-management, and cross-functional expertise; must reside within or commute to the territory, travel 60–80%, and hold a fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
