Designs and delivers product, disease-state, portfolio, and capability training for customer-facing field teams, from onboarding through ongoing development.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement curricula, presentations, workshops, and other instructor-led and eLearning solutions.
- Assess learning needs and refine training content using feedback, performance insights, field interactions, and subject-matter input.
- Facilitate training programs and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, including managing assigned budgets and deliverables.
