What you'll do
- Lead Drug Substance operations from facility start-up through commercial production, serving as process owner and end-user representative.
- Build and develop the manufacturing team while ensuring safe, compliant, inspection-ready operations and training compliance.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions, drive operational excellence, and use data and technology to support digital transformation.
