Oncology Territory Account Specialist, Hematology – Denver, CO

What you'll do

• Develop territory plans and customer engagements that support product demand and patient outcomes.
• Resolve account challenges and coordinate with field teams, colleagues, and Patient Specialty Services to meet customer needs.
• Use territory data, market insights, digital tools, and omni-channel strategies to personalize customer outreach.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Consistent high performance and demonstrated ability to sell to large accounts and key customers.
• Must reside in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the territory, travel 60–80%, and hold a fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• For Territory Account Specialist: 2+ years’ relevant experience within the last 5 years; for Senior Territory Account Specialist: 5+ years’ relevant experience within the last 5 years. Associate-level candidates with limited prior sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
• Understanding of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, or medical calling on HCPs.

Pay

Associate Territory Account Specialist: $81,200 and $150,800 per year (base salary); Territory Account Specialist: $114,100 and $211,900 per year (base salary); Senior Territory Account Specialist: $132,300 and $245,700 per year (base salary)
