Oncology Territory Account Specialist, Hematology – Detroit

What you'll do

• Develop territory plans and use account, market, and competitive insights to drive product demand and customer engagement.
• Resolve account challenges and coordinate with territory, field, home-office, and Patient Specialty Services teams to support customer access.
• Personalize virtual and in-person outreach using digital tools and omni-channel strategies.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Proven high performance and ability to sell to large accounts and key customers.
• Must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from its border; travel 60–80% and a fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license are required.
• Experience requirements vary by level: Associate applicants may have limited prior sales experience; Territory requires 2+ years and Senior requires 5+ years in specified or similarly complex sales fields within the last 5 years.

Nice to have

• Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
• Understanding of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, or medical HCP calling.

Pay

$81,200 and $150,800 per year (base salary); $114,100 and $211,900 per year (base salary); $132,300 and $245,700 per year (base salary)
