Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate – Connecticut

What you'll do

• Develop and execute territory business and call plans, delivering disease education and product value propositions to prescribing and referring physicians.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and account partners, support product access, and implement compliant competitive-response and customer strategies.
• Analyze territory and sales trends, customer insights, clinical data, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and improve execution.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years’ experience within the last 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or a similarly structured or complex sales environment.
• 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics; and 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutics within the last 5 years.
• Must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commute of 50 miles from its border; travel 60–80% and a fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license are required.

Nice to have

• Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
• Understanding of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, or medical HCP calling.

Pay

USD $145,600 and $270,400 per year (base salary); USD $145,600.00 - $270,400.00 (base salary)
