About the job
Manages clinical trial sites and conducts on-site and remote monitoring to support compliant, timely execution of Phase I–IV trials and high-quality data delivery.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary site manager and contact for site staff; manage site performance, recruitment, risks, and issue resolution.
- Conduct site initiation, training, and ongoing monitoring, ensuring protocol, GCP, regulatory, and process compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support study execution, audit readiness, and reliable site data delivery.
