Senior Director, Data & AI Products & Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead data and AI product strategy, roadmaps, delivery, and enterprise adoption across a strategic portfolio.
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams and drive product-centric, agile delivery with privacy, security, and governance embedded.
• Guide platform, architecture, service, and investment decisions while scaling emerging technologies into enterprise solutions.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 15+ years of progressive experience across data products, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale data and AI products from strategy and roadmap through delivery and adoption.
• Expertise in product management and deep understanding of data architecture, governance, security, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI frameworks.

• Experience leading data and AI transformation in large, complex global organizations.
• Experience scaling emerging technologies and advanced analytics from experimentation to enterprise adoption.

Pay

194,600.00 - 361,400.00 USD annually (base salary)
