- Experience
- Recent Ph.D. graduate (0–1 year) or MSc plus 2–5 years of research experience in human immunology or cell biology in industry or academic settings.
- Education
- Ph.D. or MSc in Life Science; immunology or cell biology preferred.
About the job
Leads human immunology studies and develops immune profiling assays to understand how antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates and related xRNA biotherapeutics affect immune cells and pathways, supporting candidate selection, biomarkers, and early safety assessment.
What you'll do
- Design and execute immune profiling studies and complex assays using primary cells, multicolor FACS, and functional immunological readouts.
- Analyze and interpret results, generate mechanistic data packages, and design follow-up experiments to inform candidate optimization and safety assessment.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate findings through presentations and reports.
What they ask for
- Ph.D. (recent graduate, 0–1 year) or MSc in a life science, preferably immunology or cell biology, plus the experience specified below.
- Deep expertise in human immunology and immune assay development.
- Experience assessing immunogenicity, immune activation, cytokine release, anti-drug immune responses, or immune-related liabilities.
- Proficiency with readouts such as flow cytometry, immunoassays, qPCR, transcriptomics, or imaging.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of xRNA biotherapeutics, AOCs, or antibody-based delivery platforms.
- Experience in orthogonal omics data analysis.
