Leads the site’s Small Molecule Drug Substance MS&T organization and technical strategy, overseeing product stewardship, manufacturing improvement, compliance, transfers, launches, and team development.

- Set the site MS&T DS organization’s vision, priorities, and technical strategy; provide product lifecycle stewardship.
- Drive process robustness and continuous improvement; oversee technical changes, validation, and compliance.
- Lead technology transfers, launches, scale-up, technical problem-solving, and development of organizational talent.
