What you'll do
- Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and support of manufacturing automation systems and process equipment; execute site automation strategy and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop automation engineers, oversee critical computerized systems, and improve reliability and operational KPIs.
- Own change controls, CAPAs, and deviation investigations; serve as automation SME for audits and inspections and collaborate on product introductions and site initiatives.
