What you'll do
- Set enterprise workforce and organization strategy, using scenarios, analytics, and external insight to guide skills, capacity, sourcing, and workforce mix.
- Lead enterprise talent reviews and establish DSAI career, succession, capability, rewards, and governance approaches.
- Influence senior stakeholders, connect enterprise strategy with unit execution, and guide responsible human-AI collaboration and transformation.
