What you'll do
- Translate priorities into plans, owners, metrics, and follow-up; lead high-priority cross-functional projects.
- Prepare analyses and leadership materials, and run leadership meetings and operating reviews.
- Track performance, surface risks and dependencies, improve accountability, and represent the CEO in selected meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience in operations, finance, strategy, consulting, or a founder’s office; or in manufacturing, logistics, defense, or supply chain.
- Experience building operating cadences and executive-level reporting; comfort using AI tools to research, analyze, and communicate faster.
