Improves factory processes and systems to make aluminum production safer, faster, higher-quality, and more repeatable.
What you'll do
- Improve safety, quality, throughput, uptime, and material flow through production analysis and measurable changes.
- Design tooling, fixtures, layouts, workstations, instructions, and standard processes; support equipment installation and ramp-up.
- Investigate defects and downtime, track production metrics, and train teams on improved processes.
