Provides hands-on onboarding and ongoing training for manufacturing floor employees, maintaining qualifications and helping improve work processes.
What you'll do
- Deliver floor onboarding and teach safety, standard work, material traceability, and software workflows.
- Coordinate equipment training, maintain training guides and records, and coach employees on observed work.
- Identify recurring errors and support process improvement, retraining, and stronger on-the-job coaching by supervisors.
