Runs day-to-day People Operations at the Ferndale facility, supporting employees and managers across the employment lifecycle, payroll, records, benefits, and site safety.

- Process site payroll and manage timekeeping reviews, corrections, and employee changes.
- Coordinate offers, onboarding, offboarding, benefits support, employee concerns, and employment records.
- Support site safety recordkeeping and reporting, prepare people reports, and improve forms and procedures.
