Leads a Nox Metals facility’s daily manufacturing operations, overseeing safety, people, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
What you'll do
- Own plant safety, quality, delivery, labor, throughput, and inventory accuracy; lead production, material handling, and shipping teams.
- Plan production, staffing, equipment, and capacity; establish standard work and daily management practices.
- Develop frontline leaders, remove operating constraints, and coordinate with maintenance, supply chain, quality, sales, and customer teams.
