Leads a Los Angeles production shift, overseeing safety, quality, output, scheduling, staff training, and hands-on aluminum processing.
What you'll do
- Lead the shift team, assign work, and keep production on schedule while owning safety, quality, and output.
- Train and coach team members, enforce safety rules, and hand off open jobs and issues to the next shift.
- Operate saws, CNC, forklifts, overhead cranes, and other handling equipment; record production data in company software.
