Leads factory launches and multi-site operations, building teams, training systems, and repeatable processes to support Nox Metals’ growth.
What you'll do
- Set up and launch factories, including site readiness, equipment installation, staffing, training, and production ramp.
- Hire, develop, and lead facility teams and managers; establish staffing models, operating standards, and training programs.
- Own day-to-day performance across facilities, improving safety, quality, throughput, productivity, and on-time delivery.
