Own the human-AI interaction model and product design for enterprise workflows, beginning with AI for Insurance.
What you'll do
- Design human-agent and agent-to-agent workflows, including decision boundaries, oversight, escalation, and accountability.
- Create journey specifications, acceptance criteria, and functional prototypes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Applied Science.
- Conduct enterprise user research and evolve AIVista’s design system.
