About the job
Provides third-line onsite and remote data center support, resolving technical incidents and maintaining client infrastructure and service levels.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, test, and maintain client-site infrastructure and related software.
- Diagnose and resolve third-line incidents, escalate unresolved issues, and keep incident records updated.
- Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and vendors; create handover procedures, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
