About the job
Provides first-line onsite and remote data center field support, resolving routine technical incidents and maintaining client infrastructure and service levels.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, test, and maintain client-site infrastructure and related software.
- Diagnose and resolve first-line incidents, document progress, and escalate issues to L2 engineers or third-party vendors when needed.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support, coordinate with stakeholders, and follow shift handover procedures.
