Oversees operations at Nu’s US sites, ensuring local facilities services follow global standards and supporting workplace projects, budgets, and employee experience.
What you'll do
- Coordinate facilities providers and services, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and support building systems and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Real Estate, IT, Security, and Safety teams on local projects; identify process, cost, and efficiency improvements.
- Support local budgets, emergency plans, and workplace feedback and reporting to Global teams.
