Serve as Nu’s senior US people partner, building local people practices and advising leadership on organizational strategy, compliance, talent, and culture.
What you'll do
- Advise US leadership and develop people and organizational strategy, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Establish US-compliant people practices and manage employment compliance, employee relations, and sensitive cases.
- Guide talent, performance, compensation, change, culture, and people analytics in partnership with global teams and local vendors.
