Leads IAM security strategy and engineering across Nu, building identity controls and programs that meet security, regulatory, and operational needs.
What you'll do
- Define and execute multi-year IAM security strategy across countries and regulatory jurisdictions.
- Lead organization-wide authentication migrations and maintain identity infrastructure, including identity provider, PKI, mTLS, and credential systems.
- Direct least-privilege programs, identity incident response, preparedness exercises, and technical engagement with leadership, auditors, and regulators.
