Staff Software Engineer, Product Workflow Reinvention

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the orchestration layer, including its data models and specification delivery to domain agents.
• Build platform primitives and reliable, cost-conscious agentic workflows, including evaluation and integration patterns.
• Ship and iterate on internal workflow tools that reduce delays across product research, discovery, prototyping, customer data, service health, and operations.

What they ask for

• Proven experience designing, building, and operating complex backend or platform systems at scale.
• Expertise in data modeling, workflow engines, state machines, and event-driven architecture; ability to set technical direction and write design docs/RFCs.
• Experience leading ambiguous 0-to-1 platform initiatives and building internal tools or platforms that achieve adoption.
• Strong, evidence-based understanding of LLM agents or AI-accelerated workflows, plus exceptional communication and executive alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with a customer-facing product that also became a platform for other products.
