What you'll do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on customer conversations, implementations, onboarding, and technical troubleshooting.
- Build and improve product features, APIs, integrations, internal tools, and automations based on customer needs.
- Own engineering projects end-to-end and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
