What you'll do
- Configure close workflows and reporting, connect and validate ERP and subledger data, and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Lead customer onboarding and training, manage implementation timelines and blockers, and coordinate with Engineering and Product.
- Create templates, knowledge-base materials, and AI agents to make future implementations more efficient.
