Own customer implementations of Numeric from kickoff through go-live, configuring the product and integrations, training accounting teams, and improving implementation processes with AI-assisted tools.
What you'll do
- Lead implementation plans, customer training, technical configuration, and integrations through an outcome-based go-live.
- Configure close and Cash workflows, debug ERP integrations, and build AI-assisted configuration and automation.
- Develop implementation playbooks and services, and hand off adopted, documented accounts to Customer Success.
